In-house vetting and client confidentiality for your added protection

On joining us, all new interpreters are carefully vetted by our recruitment team through a series of interviews, online testing and a minimum of two professional references. We also ask that they abide by the industry code of conduct as well as signing our own client confidentiality agreement so that you can always be assured that we will act fairly and without imbiguity.

Registered interpreters know your subject inside out

Many of our interpreters are also affiliated to national linguist associations such as UNIVERSITAS or the Irish Association of Certified Court Interpreters (AACI) and also come with at least 5 years public sector experience having worked extensively for the courts, police and medical services and are fully background checked to comply with standard safety regulations. If you prefer, we can also provide linguist registered numbers for your added protection. Ideal for a range of high level situations such as police interviews, medical assessments, immigration interviews or court hearings, we will try to match a suitably experienced interpreter to your individual case.
